Charlotte joined Astute People in 2022 as a Talent Specialist within the Renewable team, specialising in the recruitment of permanent roles for leading businesses in the renewable energy sector. Her focus includes recruiting for positions such as Project Managers, Field Service Engineers, and Asset Managers. Charlotte is committed to connecting top-tier talent with organisations that are making a significant impact in the renewable space, from solar and wind to energy storage and beyond.
Outside of work, Charlotte values spending quality time with her family, particularly her husband and daughters. She enjoys outdoor activities that allow her to connect with nature, whether that’s walking, cycling, or simply soaking in the fresh air.
