It seems Dan couldn’t stay away! Having previously been a part of the Astute team, he returned in 2020 as a Contract Recruitment Consultant in the Power Division, before moving quickly on to Senior Recruiter within the same team. In early 2022 he was promoted to Divisional Manager of our Customer Success Team where he restructured the division, doubling the headcount. Now, Dan has moved back into sales as Head of Nuclear, a core sector for the business.
Thanks to his professional experience, Dan has exceptional abilities to combine the engineering aspect through his National Diploma, and customer success through his working experience. We can say that he has mastered the technical understanding of the different divisions as well as the knowledge that came with the experience. Dan is motivated to help his teams and to lead them to success by improving the ways of working and pushing his division to their best.
Dan enjoys spending quality time with his family and amusing his young children: Harrison and Olivia. With the lack of spare time, Dan no longer plays football, but instead enjoys watching his beloved Portsmouth FC. In the later years, he would like to attempt climbing all the peaks in the UK starting with Scafell Pike and Snowdon with his good mate and colleague Kev.
