Greg joined Astute in 2017 as a Recruitment Consultant on the Power desk, predominately recruiting contractors for a wide variety of energy from waste projects in the UK and overseas. After 18 months of being with the business, and having received his Cert RP, he was promoted to a Senior Recruitment Consultant. He was subsequently promoted to a Principal Recruitment Consultant/Acting Team Leader in 2021 before being made Team Leader for the EPC Team in 2022.
Greg recruits both contract and permanent roles across the Power industry, with his main focus being contract recruitment. He recruits a wide variety of roles such as Project Directors, Project Managers, Site Managers, Commercial Managers, Planners, Multi-discipline Engineers, Construction Managers, Commissioning Managers, Multi discipline commissioning Engineer, Senior Authorised Persons, Permit to Work Persons, and Health & Safety professionals from Managers through to Advisors.
Greg is a passionate man and father to his son. He’s an excellent friend and colleague with an outgoing personality and has many interests in life which include football (supporting the mighty Arsenal), boxing, hiking, days out with friends and family. Greg is a competitive person in every aspect of life and looks for ways to better himself every day. His motto is, he says with a smile on his face, “Find your passion and you’ll never work a day in your life”.
