Jess joined Astute in 2019 as a Contractor Care Consultant. In 2021, she was promoted to Compliance Administrator, then to Compliance Officer in 2023 before being promoted once more to Senior Compliance Officer in 2024.
Jess works in Astute’s Business Support team, focusing on all things contractor onboarding.
Her hobbies include going to gigs, crochet and walking her dog Penny.
