Mel joined Astute in 2023 as a Recruitment Partner. Mel works in Astute’s Renewable team, recruiting permanent and contract roles such as Service Technicians, Grid Managers, Cathodic Protection Engineers and Technical Directors for leading businesses in the Wind and Subsea Engineering space.
She is a driven and ambitious individual who loves working in a team to achieve success, she loves family holidays and making memories with her two children.
