Nikita is a dedicated and experienced finance professional who has been a key member of the Astute People team since 2012. Starting her journey as an Office Assistant, she quickly demonstrated her aptitude for finance and was promoted to Finance Assistant in 2013. Over the years, Nikita has honed her skills and achieved her AAT Professional qualification (MAAT), further solidifying her expertise in financial operations.
In 2018 and 2019, Nikita took time out to travel, exploring vibrant destinations such as Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Singapore, and Indonesia. Upon her return, she rejoined Astute and has since played a pivotal role in supporting the company’s financial processes. In October 2024, she was promoted to Senior Finance Assistant, where she continues to contribute to the organisation’s success through her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence in financial management.
Outside of work, Nikita now focuses on family life, spending quality time with her husband and son. She enjoys peaceful family walks and quiet evenings at home, balancing her professional and personal life with ease.
