Ruth joined Astute in 2022 as a Recruitment Consultant, in 2023 she was promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant. In 2024 she was made Principal Recruitment Partner.
Ruth works in Astute’s Power team, recruiting permanent roles such as Shift Team Leaders, Mechanical and EC&I Engineers and associated management roles for leading businesses in the Operations and Maintenance space.
Ruth is currently completing a HNC in Process Engineering which is due to be finished early in 2024. Outside of work and studying Ruth enjoys travelling and has particularly enjoyed the time she has spent in South America. She also enjoys hiking, camping, seeing friends and exploring new cities.
