Arjun Patel is a highly experienced Principal Recruitment Partner within Astute People’s Power Generation team. Since joining Astute in 2017, Arjun has demonstrated exceptional expertise in recruitment, earning promotions to Senior Recruitment Partner in 2020 and Principal Recruitment Partner in 2022. Specialising in Permanent and Contract recruitment, Arjun connects leading businesses in the Energy from Waste, Biomass, CHP, CCGT, and OCGT sectors with top talent for roles including Plant Managers, Operations Managers, Engineering Managers, Shift Team Leaders, Shift Operations Technicians, Maintenance Engineers, and Maintenance Technicians.
Arjun holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Loughborough University, graduating in 2015, and a CertRP qualification completed during his tenure at Astute. Known as ‘Mr Worldwide’ in the office, Arjun’s passion for travel is matched by his dedication to clients and candidates. Outside work, he enjoys exploring the world, socialising with friends and family, binge-watching TV shows, or perfecting his golf game – always striving to avoid the dreaded 3-putt.
