Dan Grosvenor is a Principal Recruitment Partner within Astute People’s Power Generation team. Having joined the company in 2015 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, Dan has worked his way up through the ranks, progressing to Principal Consultant. He has built a wealth of experience recruiting for both permanent and contract roles across the Energy from Waste, Biomass, CCGT, and general Power sectors. Dan has a strong track record of sourcing and placing high-level talent in roles ranging from Technicians and Engineers to Managers and Directors.
Dan specialises in recruiting for the construction, commissioning, and operations and maintenance (O&M) of energy projects, with particular expertise in “crewing up” new builds both in the UK and internationally. He takes pride in helping leading businesses across the power generation sector meet their staffing needs by identifying and placing candidates who are key to the successful operation of power plants.
Dan holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Portsmouth and a Level 3 qualification in Recruitment. His professional journey includes prior roles in private banking and a variety of positions in hospitality and construction, which have contributed to his understanding of the power generation sector and its diverse needs.
