Jess Hitchcocks is the Senior Compliance Co-ordinator at Astute People, where she plays a pivotal role in the business support team, specialising in contractor onboarding and ensuring compliance excellence.
Joining Astute in 2019 as a Contractor Care Consultant, Jess quickly progressed through various roles, becoming Compliance Administrator in 2021 and Compliance Officer in 2023, before earning her current position in 2024. Her dedication and expertise have been integral to streamlining processes and supporting contractors across all stages of their onboarding journey.
Outside of her professional life, Jess enjoys attending gigs, crocheting, and walking her beloved dog, Penny. She is also known for her commitment to detail and passion for fostering seamless compliance within Astute People’s operations.
