Before her time at Astute People, Rachael built a strong foundation in management and customer service as an Assistant Manager for leading retail brands. Her diverse background has equipped her with excellent leadership, time management, and interpersonal skills.
In her current role, Rachael leads her team with a focus on delivering high-quality compliance services, ensuring contractors and clients receive seamless support. She plays a critical role in upholding Astute People’s commitment to excellence and regulatory standards. Rachael is passionate about driving efficiency and maintaining the highest standards in compliance. Outside of work, she enjoys attending gigs, exploring new places, and spending time with her family.
