Before joining Astute, Ruth worked as an Assistant Shift Team Leader at a 32MW Biomass CHP plant. Her firsthand understanding of plant operations, coupled with an HNC in Process Engineering from Teesside University, gives her a deep knowledge of the power sector and the challenges faced by businesses operating in critical O&M environments.
