Sam Bradshaw brings more than a decade of expertise in Human Resources, Organisational Development (OD), and Leadership Strategy to her role as Head of People at Astute People. Passionate about creating inclusive, engaging, and wellbeing-focused workplace environments, Sam leads the People team to drive talent development, internal recruitment, HR strategy, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
With a CIPD Level 7 PgDip in HR Development and Talent Management and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development, Sam combines academic excellence with hands-on experience. Her focus on leadership, communication, and employee engagement reflects her belief that empowered people are the backbone of successful businesses.
Since joining Astute in 2017, Sam has been instrumental in fostering a culture of learning and progression. She has introduced bespoke training programmes, championed mental health and wellbeing support, and implemented initiatives that prioritise inclusivity and professional development. Beyond her professional role, Sam is deeply committed to community initiatives, driving charitable events like Astute’s Christmas Wishing Tree and wellbeing-focused programmes that bring teams together for meaningful causes.
